Last week, one of our largest dealers, Planum received a consumer's feedback, the consumer who customized a sofa for his home gave us almost perfect comment (as seen on the above screenshot), and we think this is the best recognition and support for KELVIN GIORMANI sofa. 

Customization is not an easy process, because every detail may influence the quality of the final product, and during the process, appearance, sense of comfort, and craftsmanship are all important judging standards of the customization. Though sometimes it may take several months to finish one customized sofa, we will still never forget our final target is making the sofa that consumer really needs and wants.

The Process of Customization

1. Customer provides drawings or photos.  

2. KG analyzes the info and come back to customer about the possibility and matters need attention and send to customer KG's drawings based on our understanding on customer's requests (if necessary).

3. Customer confirms KG's drawings.

4. KG prepares template to produce the customized sofa and send photos to customer after finish.

5. Ship the customized sofa to customer.
