In this June, the Chief Designer of KELVIN GIORMANI, Kelvin Ng joined our Italian designer, Michele Mantovani (who came all the way from Spain to China) to meet our US sole distributor, Richard Barnett & Ivana Piel of Planum Furniture (who also came a long way from the US to China). What an exceptional meeting!

Michele took this chance to modify some of his previous designs to become more suitable for the US market, getting us ready for the upcoming High Point Furniture Market. One of his previous works in particular for this market was the US version of Model BRIDGE (from 2022 Collection).

Reviewing the first phase development results of his 2024 Collection, Michele has given KELVIN GIORMANI R&D team a lot of creative advice. Looks like another great new collection will be released in eight months from now!

The two designers also flew from Hong Kong to Tokyo to meet the CEO, Takahiro Tonegawa and purchasing-team head, Daisuke Tanaka, of Tokyo Interior which is the KELVIN GIORMANI sole dealer in Japan. This was regarded as a very fruitful trip when both designers were greatly inspired by the local furniture market. More creative new designs which cater to Japanese market are expected to be developed by Kelvin & Michele in coming months.
